1  Accounts with no customer initiated activity for three (3) years will become Dormant

2  Inactive checking accounts with a balance of $50.00 or less for a period of one (1) year or longer, with no customer initiated activity, will be assessed a $6.50 fee per statement cycle. 

3  Checking accounts with a zero balance for thirty (30) days will be closed.
