On Wednesday April 30th, we will be pushing out our new Mobile Banking Application. The new mobile banking app will feature a fresh and modern mobile banking experience with a simplistic design and improved authentication to provide better security and login experience.
During the timeframe of April 29th – May 1st we expect for some customers to experience issues accessing the app if their phone is not setup to automatically update the app. For these specific situations we advise the customer to uninstall and re-install the mobile banking app to force the update. Mobile App users will continue to use their current username and password as their login credentials will not be affected.
